Freezing Pancakes

Having pancakes for breakfast is easy when you can pull them out of the freezer. When I make pancakes I usually quadruple the recipe so I can freeze the extras. Menu Plan Week of April 26th

Well, I survived my first week alone as a mom of seven. There were ups and downs and a few mishaps, but all in all things went pretty well. We actually managed to get school done every day and everyone had clean underwear. We had a few surprise meals last week so some of my menu is carrying over.
