Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Breakfast Muffin

  1. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in the egg.
  3. Add the dry ingredients, oats, and applesauce, and stir just until combined.
  4. Stir in the raisins and cinnamon.
  5. Scoop the batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins, filling cups about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes.
