My kids love these Eggo mini waffles. It’s crazy to me that things they wouldn’t eat on bread or a bun they will happily eat on a mini waffle. These mini sliders were a huge hit, I was thankful to be able to get a picture before they were scarfed up by the kids.
Eggo Sliders
Ingredients
- 2 eggo minis per slider
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- lettuce
- cheese (your choice)
- chipotle mayo
Instructions
- Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, red pepper, and worcestershire sauce.
- Shape into patties about 2 inches across.
- Fry, broil, or grill the burgers to your liking.
- Toast the waffles.
- Spread chipotle mayo on the toasted waffle.
- Stack burger, cheese, lettuce, and top with a toasted waffle.
- Serve.
Not a bad idea! I have eggos for breakfast quite often… guess they are for other meals, also.
