Menu Plan for February 18-22

mpm121.jpg
This is another weird week for us as we are still eating from the pantry. We also have a birthday, our homeschool evaluation, and two dinners out with friends. My pantry plan has also had a bit of a set back since we have had company the past two weekends and I needed to supplement a little with some extra food. It is awkward to offer your guests a can of beans, can of tuna, and some powdered sugar for dinner. But I am still on target with my grocery budget challenge for this month so all is well.
Items in italics are from the pantry or freezer.
Breakfasts- Waffles, pancakes, french toast, cereal, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls
Lunch- Sandwiches, bean tacos, smoothies, cheese and crackers, fruit, veggies
Dinner-
Monday- Hodge Podge leftovers
Tuesday- Linguine with cream sauce, salad, french bread, birthday cake
Wednesday- eat out or take out
Thursday- Hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, cut up fruit and veggies
Friday- Ravioli (for the kids), whatever fresh veggie I can get on sale

  1. Aren’t leftovers great! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your menu.

Also just wanted to let you know that your link isn’t working. There is an extra ‘http//hap’ in there. 🙂

  2. Looks like a good menu! We’ve had trouble trying to cook out of our pantry as we’ve tended to not eat pasta or white rice much any longer, and that seems to be the bulk of what I’m “cleaning out”! We’ve agreed that if we don’t finish up the pasta by the end of the month, we’re going to donate any unopened boxes to charity . . .

    Have a great week!
