Menu Plan ~ Last Week of 3 Moms

I am finally back from vacation and ready to enjoy my final week of 3 Moms, 3 Meals, 31 Days.

My big kids are still on vacation so I will be cooking for six instead of eight. We are moving in two weeks so I hope to continue to empty out the pantry, although it is already pretty bare. The more we eat, the less stuff we have to move. I am sure you will notice that there is a lot of taco meals planned this week, I have a lot of taco ingredients in the pantry and they are a favorite around here. Click on the links for recipes.

Breakfasts – Waffles, pancakes, cereal, French toast

Lunch- Sandwiches, muffins, smoothies, cut up fruit and veggies

Dinner

Monday- Open tacos, black beans and rice, corn

Tuesday- Go out (less kids, less money 🙂

Wednesday – Pasta (Alfredo for the kids, blackened scallops for the grown ups), Caesar salad, French bread

Thursday – Real tacos

Friday – Leftover Pizza

Our weekend plans are still up in the air, I would like to do something special with the kids, but we have to get ready to move, so it depends on how much progress we make on the house this week.
