Menu Plan Week of June 2nd

Menu Plan Week of June 2nd

This week we will be going to the homeschool convention. My mother-in-law will be watching the kids so I am making meals ahead of time and putting them in the freezer. I plan to shop on Monday night and cook on Tuesday for the week.

BreakfastsWaffles, pancakes, cereal, French toast

Lunch– Sandwiches, muffins, smoothies, cut up fruit and veggies

Dinner

Monday- Open tacos, black bean soup, cornbread

Tuesday- Spaghetti and meatballs

Wednesday – Family visiting from out of town, going out to eat.

Thursday – Salisbury Steak* (This is a great recipe for those who do not like mushrooms!)

Friday – Shepherd’s Pie* (so easy and freezes great, also an excellent way to use leftover mashed potatoes)

Saturday Chicken Pot Pie*

Don’t forget to check out more Menu Plan Monday here.
