Making Fruit (and Veggies) Fast Food

One of my goals this year is healthier eating for our family, especially the kids. When my kids are hungry they will grab whatever is convenient and takes the least amount of effort. Freedom! This is my first week since starting Menu Plan Monday that I have not had to plan meals around what is in my pantry or fridge. Stretching a Roast

We try to stretch our meals with meat at our house because it helps keep the grocery bill low. A few weeks back I was able to make a roast last three meals for a family of eight.
