Sage Sausage Stuffing

Sage Sausage Stuffing at The Happy HousewifeMy favorite part of holiday dinners is the stuffing. The turkey and mashed potatoes are great, but stuffing has always been my first love. 🙂

My mom has a stuffing recipe that I love, simple, delicious, and easy to make. The only thing I don’t like about my mom’s recipe is that it calls for twelve cups of cubed bread.

I’m all about home cooked food, especially on the holidays, but I’m also always looking for ways to make holiday meal prep faster and simpler. Cutting up two loaves of bread is not simple.

Sage Sausage Stuffing at The Happy Housewife

Well folks, my stuffing problems have been solved! Pepperidge Farm (oh how I love them) makes an unseasoned cubed stuffing. No more cutting up bread and letting it sit out over night to get stale. Now I cut open a bag of Pepperidge Farm unseasoned cubed stuffing and I’m ready to start making my favorite recipe.

This is so genius! I mean who cares if you buy a loaf of bread at the store and spend 20 minutes cutting it up yourself or buy a bag of unseasoned cubed stuffing? Not one single person. With the time you save you can bake another pie!
